Today, when I was going through the pages of ‘Wisdom’, I read about a book titled Kutho Daw (The Marble Scriptures) which stands on the road to Mandalay in Myanmar (Burma). This exquisite work by a Buddhist monk, U Khanti is covered with carved text in Pali language and contains 728 pages, each page is a slab of stone weighing one tonne! Imagine the weight of the whole book – 728 tonnes!! Isn’t this a must-see book?
